Developed by expert psychologists and leaders in the mobile mental health field, UpLift draws on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, a well-established approach that has been successfully employed for over three decades to treat anxiety and depression.

Sessions:

UpLift offers 11 interactive psychology sessions scheduled once a week, each lasting roughly 45 minutes. During these sessions, users engage in questionnaires, self-care exercises, and receive personalized feedback and guidance to enhance their well-being.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy founded on the notion that modifying thought and behavior patterns is pivotal, outweighing comprehensive understanding of the psychological origins of behavior.

Initially, attempts were made to automate this approach, beginning with "bibliotherapy" in the form of self-help CBT books and further progressing to "CCBT," or Computerized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

UpLift represents the newest iteration of CCBT, now referred to as "iCBT." Utilizing our proprietary programming technology, UpLift has been designed to be dynamic and responsive, incorporating modern UX design to ensure a user-friendly experience, while maintaining the time-tested methods of CBT at its core.

Your one-year subscription will automatically renew within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the same price and duration, unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours prior.
