Cognitive Behavioral Therapy:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy founded on the notion that modifying thought and behavior patterns is pivotal, outweighing comprehensive understanding of the psychological origins of behavior.

Initially, attempts were made to automate this approach, beginning with "bibliotherapy" in the form of self-help CBT books and further progressing to "CCBT," or Computerized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

UpLift represents the newest iteration of CCBT, now referred to as "iCBT." Your one-year subscription will automatically renew within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the same price and duration, unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours prior.
